Our menu is focused on north Indian cuisine with a few dishes from the coast such as allepey fish curry, goat vindaloo, and junglee laal maas. Chef Sanjay Mandhaiya takes great pride in his cuisine, by using fresh seasonal ingredients he is able to create the most vibrant dishes.
